- Manage and coordinate a team of Windows and Microsoft SCCM engineers to aid in support of the projects and current needs of the environment.
- Create and implemented upgrade strategies for the current environment with specific attention to Microsoft SCCM, GPO, and WSUS throughout all of the company.
- Created and deployed custom scripts to be used in upgrade and deployment of software through GPO and SCCM
- Engaged and coordinated global services and changes with respective managers to achieve project updates. This includes global changes such as the upgrade to from Office 2016,2019 to Office 365 and replacement of the current VPN client from Aventail to Global Protect.
- Developed and provided a scope of operations for the EUC team with specific attention to the area of configuration services.
- Responsible for providing 1st level / 2nd level/ 3rd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving PC/Server problems.
- Handle the tasks of creating, documenting, publishing, and communicating policies and processes that impact the life cycle of the PC
- Perform installation, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of desktop PC/Server, software and related peripherals
- Develop as well as implement application test plans, including both integration and full system test plan
- Review and provide input to team members and managers on issues related to patching, integration, application delivery, and on-line documentation
- Create build specifications to ensure proper direction during testing, and implementation of the life-cycle of PC.
